Willis Taylor

Aftercare Coordinator

Willis Taylor has been teaching and working with children for over fifteen years. He attended the University of Montana Western where he studied Elementary Education with an in Early Childhood Development emphasis. While at Western he worked in the early childhood lab school, “Curious Minds” for four years.

Willis has been teaching at The Gardner School for six years as the Extended Day Director. He runs the after school programs for preschool children through 8th grade.

In addition to teaching, Willis has coached football of all ages ranging from an assistant high school coach to a volunteer for elementary teams. He is an avid sports fan who plays competitive softball and volleyball.

His wife, Jackie, is the Loowit teacher at Gardner and they have a son and a daughter; Carver, a student in Mazama I, and Gracie, a toddler.
